The Dienst DLS I/III top closing system automates the closing process of filled boxes with three-flap covers. Boxes can arrive sequentially or irregularly and are automatically synchronized. The DLS I offers performance of up to 100 cartons per minute while the DLS III can close and seal cartons at up to 200 per minute. The DLS top closing system can be completely integrated into upstream and downstream equipment to become a key component of a fully automated packaging line.
