The Dienst HS IV S is an automated sleeving system for trays and other retail products that are placed on and wrapped in a paperboard sleeve. Finished products enter the infeed of the HS II S and are placed onto the sleeve blank, which is then folded as needed and sealed with hot-melt glue. The sleeves can additionally be affixed directly to the product with glue, if desired. Featuring intermittent or continuous mode operation at up to 200 units per minute, the HS IV S offers high performance in a reliable, cost-effective unit for unique sleeving applications. Further handling or packaging of finished, sleeved units is also available.
